What do I do if my activation code is unknown?

You can activate your activation code after logging in to NT2 School to access the learning materials. If you get the message that your activation code is unknown, then the code you entered is not valid. This could be due to a typing error in the code or a space before or after the code. Check if this is the case.

 

If not, contact customer service. Mail a picture of the code to nt2@boom.nl.
