How can I return my order?

For quick handling of your return, please use the online return form. You can return an article within 14 days.This period commences on the day following receipt of your order. If you have any questions about the return or the return adress, send an e-mail to nt2@boom.nl.

If you are returning the products (this does not apply to digital products), please follow the following procedure:

• Complete the online return form here.
• You will receive an e-mail with further explanation.

 
Please note that a return must comply with the following conditions:

• You can return an item within 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the order. If you have ordered several items at once, you can return them up to 14 days after you receive the last item;
• You can return the item directly within this period, but you can also notify us within the said period that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can do so by sending us the model withdrawal form within the withdrawal period, but you are not obliged to do so. After you have registered your return in this way, you will have another 14 days to return the products.
• The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging if reasonably possible. If you return the item damaged, we will charge you for the cost of this, if the diminished value is due to you having gone too far in assessing the product. We therefore recommend that you keep the delivered accessories with your order;
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Extra information
 

The shipping costs for the return shipment will not be reimbursed. Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that we are not liable for any damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and keep it safe.
 
If you have already paid for the order, the amount paid will be refunded. If you have not yet paid, the payment obligation expires. The full purchase amount, including any shipping costs for return shipment, will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have revoked the agreement. We will refund using the same method of payment as you used to make the payment.

You can also use the European withdrawel form to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, use of this form is not obligatory.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Digital products cannot be cancelled or returned. When ordering a digital product, you waive your right of withdrawal.
• Articles provided with a unique access code for an online product cannot be returned. When ordering a digital product, you waive your right of withdrawal.
