Why do I have to pay clearance charges?

Outside of the European Union it is possible that customs- or import-duties are charged when your order reaches the country of destination. As a customer you are responsible for these fees, that can differ between countries. 

The cost of this fee is calculated by the customs office of the country of delivery. If you want to know more about your rights concerning these fees please contact the customs office in the country concerned.
