In sight is an accessible NT2 method that helps you from level A2 to B1. The method covers topics that are related to everyday life such as: leisure, money, work and relationships. With each topic you will find practical information about life in the Netherlands. For example, in the theme Work you will find tips for job interviews. And in the topic In contact, you can read about apprenticeships and diploma evaluation.

The language skills offered in the book are closely related to the speaking and writing exercises from the NT2 state examination program I. You will, for example, practice asking questions, giving advice, giving instructions, expressing opinions and giving preferences.

With In view you can work on developing your Dutch in a structured manner, step by step. For each section you work from explanations and guided exercises to more free exercises. In this way vocabulary, language actions and grammatical structures are offered and practiced in different ways.

The sequel to Van start is in sight. After finishing In view you can use the Vooruit method to prepare for the NT2 state examination program 1.

In Sight contains eight themes. The book pays ample attention to vocabulary and grammar. The exercises are explicitly linked to a skill. All additional material such as videos, glossaries and sound files are on www.nt2school.nl which can be accessed using the book.
