Nafi, Issa and their son Bilal have just moved. They quickly feel at home in their new flat. They also meet many friendly neighbours. But what is the matter with their old neighbour Bert?

Nafi duwt weer op de knop. Maar de lift zit vast.

'De trap dan maar', zegt Bert.

'Laat me u helpen', zegt Nafi.

'Het lukt wel', zegt Bert. En hij tilt zijn wagentje op.

'Maar...', zegt Nafi.
