Beterschap

Woordwinst is a series of short stories designed for adult non-native speakers at the beginning stage of reading in Dutch. The stories are easy to read and adapted to the vocabularies of Boom NT2.

Beterschap!

Maral lives together with her brother Rashid. They are from Iran, and now both work here. First Rashid becomes ill, and later Maral as well. 

Maral voelt aan zijn hoofd.
Het is warm.
‘Heb je pijn?’, vraagt Maral.
‘Mijn armen en benen doen
pijn’, zegt Rashid.
‘Je moet naar de dokter’, zegt Maral.
